Folex Film-coated Tablet is used as vitamin and mineral supplement for patients with vitamins and minerals deficiencies and for patients with cardiovascular diseases with risk of folic acid deficiency.
Thiamine Mononitrate (Vit. B1) 100 mg

If you have taken more than the recommended dosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately. If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact your poison control center or emergency room at once.
Folex should not be taken by patients concomitantly using antiplatelet agents (e.g. aspirin) for Vitamin E can increase the inhibition of platelet function. Chloramphenicol an inhibit the haematological response to Vitamin B12 therapy; Folic Acid can reduce the plasma concentration of phenytoin, oral zinc sulphate reduces the absorption of tetracyclines and chronic excessive alcohol consumption increases the risk of Vitamin A hepatoxicity.
