Formulation:

Each Tablet contains:
Sulfamethoxazole ... 800 mg
Trimethoprim ... 160 mg

Indications:

Urinary tract infection, skin infection, gastro-intestinal infection, upper and lower respiratory tract infection.

Dosage & Administration:

One tablet twice daily or as prescibed by the physician.

Precautions:

Nausea, vomitting, glossitis and skin rashes have occasionally been reported and high doses may cause diarrhea in small number of patients treated with Cotrimoxazole.

Cautions:

Foods, Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics Act prohibits dispensing without prescription.
